About Us:

Sgroi Geomatics, PLLC is a second-generation Professional Land Surveying Firm. 

 

       David J. Sgroi founded Sgroi Land Surveying in 1998. David had the vision of providing a high-quality professional service, while having the trust and respect of his clients. He succeeded in his quest, managing some of the largest projects in the Triad for more than 20 years. He built a reputation as one of areas most respected Professional Land Surveyors.  With David's passing in 2021. Samuel Sgroi, (PLS); his son, began to carry the reputation forward.

 As President and Lead Surveyor, Sam manages all field crews and projects.  Specializing in a variety of surveys on the commercial, industrial, and residential level.  He has over 15 years of experience and is licensed in the State of North Carolina.  Sam is also currently a member of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors and National Society of Professional Surveyors. He has been licensed since 2022.
